Annett Mahr has joined the management team as Head of Commercial Asset Management, effective July 1, 2025.

With her extensive experience in asset management across various investment classes, a talent for innovative approaches, and a strong customer focus, she is a fantastic addition to our team.

Her role will concentrate on the targeted expansion of our customer service to increase tenant satisfaction, the digitalization of key processes—including the integration of AI solutions—and the sustainable development of our real estate portfolio.
