New Head of Facility Management

We are delighted to welcome Hector Dylla, who joined Velero in January 2026 as our new Head of Facility Management.

Hector Dylla has held senior facility management positions for many years, taking on extensive leadership responsibilities. In these roles, he oversaw the operation and development of complex real estate and infrastructure environments, with a distinct focus on process efficiency, operational stability, and the management of external service providers.

With his leadership experience and professional expertise, he will make a vital contribution to ensuring smooth operations and continuing the professionalization of our properties.
