New General Counsel and Head of Corporate Legal

Dr. Jasper von Georg

Velero Strengthens Its Management Team: Dr. Jasper von Georg joined the team on June 1, 2025, as General Counsel and Head of Corporate Legal.

Dr. von Georg brings extensive legal expertise, particularly in the areas of M&A and corporate law. After holding positions at renowned international law firms such as DLA Piper and CMS, he most recently served as Director of Legal – Corporate/M&A at sennder.

At Velero, he will drive the strategic development of the legal department, with a particular focus on corporate law, real estate law, transactions, and financing.
