There is a gas boiler in the apartment, i.e. the hot water/heating is billed directly by Stadtwerke Freiberg (you have to add approx. 100 - 130 € here). You therefore only pay the "cold" ancillary costs to the landlord. Renovation work is currently being carried out in the apartment. It is not possible to move in immediately! The start of the tenancy will be agreed with the workmen. The photos are examples of a similar apartment in the building.

Location

"Glück auf" - this is how the residents of Freiberg still greet each other today. It was once a sign of hope for rich silver finds and a happy return from the depths of the mountain. Today, the greeting shows the pride of the citizens and their love for Germany's silver city. The face of the town is characterized by the wealth and splendour that more than 800 years of silver mining have brought with them. The achievements and traditions of the miners can still be seen, heard and experienced here - at traditional mining and smelting parades, at the miners' Christmas market, in the town and mining museum or on a trip to the silver mine. The unique sound of the world-famous Gottfried Silbermann organs also attracts music lovers from all over the world to Freiberg.
