A renovated apartment with three rooms on the 2nd floor of a renovated apartment building in Kamenz is for rent.

All rooms can be accessed directly from the hallway, making the apartment ideal for a shared flat. The bright, spacious living room has a balcony that invites you to relax and unwind. The bedroom and children's room have an optimal floor plan. All living areas are fitted with laminate flooring. The separate kitchen has a window. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and washing machine connection. There is an intercom system in the apartment. A tenant's cellar belongs to the apartment. A drying room on the floor is available to all tenants.

Location

Kamenz is the center of West Lusatia. It is a small, quiet town where you can get around on foot or by city bus. The town center is built up with magnificent, restored Renaissance houses. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside and offers a wealth of beautiful things to see and do. The people are friendly and hospitable. They make every effort to make their town attractive to visitors, decorate it and cultivate its cultural treasures and Sorbian customs as well as modern life. In Kamenz, there is a lively public debate about the development of the town and its population structure. The city fathers are working to make life equally attractive for families and senior citizens. The city administration and mayor have developed clear guides that list and describe all the services required to cope with everyday life for each age group.
