A new red panda enclosure for Erfurt Zoo Park

With an area of almost 63 hectares, Erfurt Zoo Park is the third largest scientifically managed zoo in Germany. Almost 950 animals from all over the world can be experienced here, and the facilities are modeled on the animals’ natural habitat.

During the Kids Run in summer 2023, in which numerous children from the surrounding kindergartens took part, Velero presented the zoo park with a donation of 5.000 euros for the construction of a new Red Panda enclosure.

In return, there was a small gift for all Velero tenants from Erfurt: they can visit Erfurt Zoo at reduced admission prices until the end of August 2024 – as often as they like.
