THIS WILL CHANGE FOR ALL CABLE TV USERS FROM JULY 1:

Your cable TV connection is currently provided as part of your rental agreement with Velero and billed through the ancillary costs.
However, due to changes in the Telecommunications Act (TKG) by the Federal Government, this cost allocation will be abolished and your current TV service provided through your landlord Velero will automatically end on June 30, 2024.

To avoid any interruption in TV service*, you need to sign up for your own cable TV contract by the end of June 2024. *(Contracts for Internet connections are not affected)

You are completely free to choose your provider. Please check with your local multimedia shop or online for more information.

To ease your transition, we have negotiated with the current provider and can offer you the following terms and contacts:
