Luna 6 in Jena relies on 100% green electricity

We are delighted that our 271 residential units on Herrenberg in Jena have been supplied entirely with green electricity since the beginning of the year. The 100 percent certified green electricity comes from Stadtwerke Jena and is generated exclusively from ecological hydropower. For our tenants, this means sustainable energy at no additional cost, as the switch to green electricity was completely cost-neutral. The contract with Stadtwerke currently runs until the end of 2025.
A small, simple step towards a more sustainable future and yet so important.
