These are your new tasks:</span

  • You will support Asset Management in the ongoing management of properties in Germany
  • You will regularly review letting activities
  • You will ensure that internal tasks are completed correctly and on time
  • You are in constant contact with the operational level (such as property management, facility management, letting) and work on tasks in a solution-oriented manner
  • You support the creation of presentations, evaluations and decision papers
  • You are actively involved in increasing and optimizing opportunities

This is what you bring with you:</span

  • You have a commercial apprenticeship or are a career changer with a real estate background
  • good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office programs
  • You can communicate well in written and spoken German. (English is an advantage)
  • You have team spirit, commitment and a friendly and engaging demeanor
  • You are confident in communication and have a reliable and organized way of working, preferably in English
  • You may also have a creative streak when it comes to marketing ideas for the property or for the tenants and the surrounding area
  • You have a class B driving license
