Property Manager / Real Estate Manager / Property Manager (m/f/d)

These are your new tasks:

  • You are responsible for the comprehensive support and management of the assigned real estate portfolio (excluding the preparation of service charge statements and receivables management)</li
  • You coordinate maintenance and repair work in consultation with external service providers and tradespeople
  • You ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and tenant satisfaction through regular communication and problem-solving
  • You carry out regular property inspections and are responsible for identifying optimization potential
  • You manage lease changes and new lettings in collaboration with the lettings team

This is what you bring:

  • You have completed training or studies in the real estate sector or have a comparable qualification
  • You have in-depth knowledge of real estate management and the management of rental properties
  • You have strong communication and organizational skills
  • You are a team player, proactive and reliable
  • You are confident in using MS Office programs and possibly in common real estate software (training in WODIS guaranteed)
