Clerk in property management / property management (m/f/d)

These are your new tasks:

  • You will be responsible for providing administrative support to property management, including data entry, document management and correspondence
  • You will assist in the preparation of rental agreements, addenda and other property-related documents
  • You process inquiries and concerns from tenants, landlords and external service providers
  • Maintain and update databases and files and monitor deadlines and schedules
  • You manage lease amendments and new leases in collaboration with the lettings team

This is what you bring:

  • You have a completed apprenticeship or comparable qualification, also as a career changer
  • You have initial professional experience in the field of property management, but this is not a requirement
  • You have strong communication and organizational skills
  • You are a team player, proactive and reliable
  • You are confident in using MS Office programs and possibly in common real estate software (training in WODIS guaranteed)
